Tru-Tec NDT provides services for the professional application of traditional and advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and techniques, resulting in code-compliant inspections.

These are written into a comprehensive range of Technical Procedures/Technique Sheets which are iso 9712 & ASNT Level III approved, continually revised and updated with the latest revisions of the referenced standards. For specific projects, Technical procedures are developed for each individual test in accordance with the referenced contractual code and standard.

Tru-Tec NDT’s test house laboratory is strategically located one mile from Junction 33 of the M1, allowing easy access to the hub of the UK’s steel manufacturing and processing industry, providing inspection services to globally renowned blue-chip companies and SME’s.

Tru-Tec NDT was contracted in to offer advice and work alongside our NDT technicians. ACFM examination was required to assess coated weldments on armoured vehicles which had previously been subjected to rigorous training applications, in extreme temperatures across difficult terrain. Tru-Tec NDT was able to integrate and work alongside our own inspectors to meet stringent deadlines to allow for the rebuilding of the armoured vehicles to be completed in the timescale allotted.

Health and Safety is also paramount at Tru-Tec NDT and so Technicians are also trained and certified in accordance with IOSH, CCSNG, MIST/BOSEIT, GWO, Rope Access, Confined Space and Highways England SRN.
